Every Viper system offers a x201CPower Trunk/Channel 2x201D output but not every vehicle has a powered trunk release that can be operated by this ouput. No issues installing it. Connected to an aftermarket keyless entry/remote start system. Was able to install w/o having to use the supplied trunk button. by Diontae Ford
I think the reason why others were not able to get a full pull from this solenoid is because they are powering it from a lower amp fuse. by Viktor C.

Solenoid replaced same part type that had 15 years of use. Easy install - used with keyless entry controller. Has more than enough pull capability for application. by D Allens
